■ Highlights of the new menu
- The star of our menu is our set meals featuring 100% Koshihikari rice from Minamiuonuma . Our restaurant uses 100% Koshihikari rice from Minamiuonuma, which we are very proud of. We offer the "Koshihikari Set Meal," which allows you to savor the original deliciousness of the rice along with traditional side dishes from Niigata and Uonuma, as well as local dishes such as the "Kenchin-jiru Set Meal" and the "Kirizai Set Meal."
- Niigata's local cuisine and famous Wappa rice dishes, such as Niigata's famous "Wappa rice" served in a cedar 杉の木の器を使った新潟名物「わっぱ飯」や、卵でとじない甘じょっぱいタレがクセになる「新潟名物タレかつ丼」など、新潟ならではの味をご堪能いただけます 。
- Enjoy the traditional taste of "Uonuma's famous Hegisoba," a type of soba noodle characterized by its smooth texture thanks to the use of seaweed (funori) as a binder. We also recommend the "Tochio Aburaage Kitsune Soba/Udon," which uses large Tochio fried tofu.
