Our shop is featured in the "Spots to Visit" section of the magazine as a "souvenir shop with a wide selection of products where you can rediscover the charm of fermentation." The magazine introduces fermented foods and side dishes for rice carefully selected from all over the prefecture, as well as our popular special loaf of bread baked to perfection with locally produced honey and rice flour
