We offer a wide selection of local sake from Uonuma and Echigo, and have a sake tasting corner that sake lovers will appreciate. Uonuma and Niigata Prefecture are renowned throughout Japan as a "treasure trove of local sake." If you visit this region, you should definitely try the sake, which is full of the aroma and flavor unique to a rice-producing area. We recommend trying different brands (dry, rich, fruity, etc.) to find your favorite before purchasing, or enjoying it slowly with food at our adjoining restaurant. It's also convenient for choosing souvenirs and gifts. We offer our own original sake. As a limited edition sake that can only be purchased here, it is very popular as a souvenir. Our signature original sake, "Koshi no Fukugura," and our "Nigori-zake" (unfiltered sake) with its smooth taste are both highly praised for their deliciousness. You can enjoy the umami and aroma unique to Uonuma and Echigo, a rice-producing region, making it a great gift for sake lovers or a souvenir of your trip.
